Flow, the secret to happiness

TED2004 talk. Starting from the question that the war left him with, what makes a life worth living, Csikszentmihalyi shows that past a basic level more income does not make people happier, and describes flow: the state, reported alike by composers, poets, skaters and climbers, in which you forget yourself, feel part of something larger, and what you are doing becomes worth doing for its own sake.
